You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
MemoGate is provided as-is. We make no guarantee of uptime or data retention. We may change or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
